Jan. 31, 2016...while shopping with my husband and, then, 15 year old daughter...I had a headache and told them I'd wait for them in the car. Long story short...I died, saw my Dad (passed November 2009) and my Mom (passed when I was 11 months old)...met Jesus (who I begged to let me come back)...came back with depression, anxiety, ADHD and a plethora of other human issues. In 2021, I nearly took my life. I prayed. I screamed. I cried...and then ...I started crocheting and the pain subsided a bit. I made 1000 hats that year. Named them all after a song that makes me happy. And gave them all away! I call myself HUGAHAT (which stands for Have U Got A Healthy Attitude Today) When the hats were gone ...the sadness started creeping back ...so I started crocheting again. Now, I just crochet all the time... for me! It makes me happy! But I can't possibly keep everything that I make ...so, I give it all away! I am bringing over 200 backpack buddies to share with everyone and I'm looking forward to this event. Namaste
